Our NaturePac Fully Recyclable cups come in fully recyclable cardboard boxes. The cups are also hygienically wrapped in fully recyclable LDPE polythene. Both the cardboard boxes and the LDPE wrapper are readily recyclable at kerbside (from home or your business). Please check with your waste management contractor. Benefits Of Premium Recyclable Liner

  • The Premium Recyclable liner is an extremely thin liner applied to very high quality board, both of which are specifically engineered for recycling.
  • There is 44-51% less plastic used within the liner when compared to traditional paper cups, with calcium carbonate making up a large percentage.
  • Its technology allows for a minimum of 91% of the cellulose fibres to be recovered which is a significant number for effective recycling.
  • The Premium Recyclable liner is compliant with direct food contact - paper cups made with this liner have received a AAA rating for its recyclability.

Benefits Of The Paper Board

  • The board of the paper cup is high quality and can be recycled up to 4/5 times over.
  • Where the quality of a lot of paper board products restricts the recyclability to once or twice (perhaps into a pulpy egg carton), being that our cup can be recycled multiple times is representative of the quality of the cup itself.
  • All paper elements are compliant with legislation and certified under the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification.
  • The inner part of the double and single wall cup are made from virgin paper, the outer wall of the double wall is made with 40-45% virgin recycled paper.
  • The outer wall is 300gsm (grams per square meter) which provides extra thermal insulation properties.

  • Yes! Through our partner, Playter, you can finance your custom branded cup order over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. This works well, when also taking advantage of our storage service, to increase your order quantity and benefit from lower unit cost prices.

  • For most designs the origination charge is £90 + VAT. To be sure, please forward your artwork to us at support@naturepac.co.uk

  • On average, lead times are 4-6 weeks. Sometimes they are quicker.

  • You will receive a digital proof for your sign off before going to print. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a physical proof.

  • NaturePac started by supplying only Compostable products, however, we soon discovered that getting your packaging to an industrial composter is very difficult at present. Therefore we seeked an easily, 100%, recyclable cup which can be recycled with normal waste paper. No special treatment is needed!

    Having a custom branded NaturePac Cup means your customers will be able to easily dispose of their cup correctly into a recycling bin.

  • We recommend the Bagasse Lid for our NaturePac cups. These lids can be disposed of along with the lid, in the same bin and should be recycled with paper.

  • Once you have chosen to have your custom branded cup supplied by us, we would love to show off your cup to your and our followers! If you are happy, we will post a photo of the cup, ideally in use, on our social media channels. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with this.
